HIGH SCHOOL
This comprehensive program is designed for the dedicated and serious wrestler who is motivated to seek a higher level of understanding and performance in the sport. This program will focus on seven essential areas for maximum results, which includes neutral and mat wrestling, strength, conditioning, flexibility, nutrition, and attitude. This program is ideal for the HS wrestler looking for extra training with well-matched work-out partners that will take him to the next level in the upcoming season. This program is very competitive and will bring the most effort out of the wrestler, helping to develop average wrestlers to become good or good wrestlers to become great! This program is open to all high school-aged wrestlers with heart and desire to be great.

YOUTH
This proven introductory program is the first phase of our youth development system that is designed for wrestlers 13 years old and under, focusing on the fundamental skills and mental preparation needed for youth competitions in the upcoming season or a solid foundation for Phase 2. This program is open to wrestlers with little to no wrestling experience to those who have experience at the club or middle school level, looking for extra training with well-matched workout partners who will take them to the next level in the upcoming season.

WINTER: Youth Folkstyle
November-December-January-February

YOUTH
This progressive program is the second phase of our youth development system that will build off the introductory pre-season program. This program will focus on high level technique, conditioning, flexibility, nutrition, and attitude. The winter program is open to wrestlers with little to no wrestling experience but have heart and desire to be great, to serious wrestlers seeking high level of training for state, regional and national competitions. Throughout the four-month program, we will nurture in the athlete a strong work ethic and discipline that will allow them to succeed on and off the mat.

SPRING: Folkstyle-Freestyle-Greco Roman
March-April-May

HIGH SCHOOL
This comprehensive program is designed to enhance performance by utilizing all the styles of wrestling (Folkstyle/Freestyle/Greco Roman) at appropriate times. The more options and resources an athlete has in dealing with difficult situations in matches, the better off they will be. This program will incorporate many International-style skills and drills to help wrestlers develop a full wrestling repertoire, even if the wrestler competes only in folkstyle competitions. The spring program is open to novice wrestlers with heart and desire to be great to serious wrestlers who consistently train and compete year round. Training will adapt around competitions with emphasis on high school folkstyle nationals and USA wrestling sponsored events.

YOUTH

This program is the third phase of our youth development system that will introduce young wrestlers to the international styles of wrestling (Freestyle & Greco Roman). The more options and resources a young athlete has in dealing with difficult situations in matches, the better off they will be. In addition to folkstyle techniques, this program will incorporate many international-styled skills and drills to help wrestlers develop a full wrestling repertoire, even if the wrestler competes only in folkstyle competitions. This program is open to all youth aged wrestlers with the heart and desire to be great.

SUMMER: Cadet and Junior National training Camp
June-July

HIGH SCHOOL

This high-intensity training camp is for the elite wrestler who has aspirations of becoming an All-American and National Champion and is seeking world-class training with the country's elite workout partners. The camp is open to wrestlers who have qualified for either the Cadet (15/16 years) or Junior (HS) Championships held in Fargo, North Dakota. Dedicated and serious wrestlers who consistently train and compete year-round and will not be attending the championships, but are looking to experience a high-intensity training regimen are also welcome. This camp is very intense. It will focus on peaking for optimal performance that is recommended only for the serious wrestler.

PRIVATE & GROUP LESSONS

Private and small group sessions are available for all wrestlers. These sessions are more personalized and will focus on specific areas where improvement is needed. Private lessons can also be used for video analysis and mental training.

The student is encouraged to prepare for private or small group sessions by choosing the area of concentration for development prior to the session.

• 1 Wrestler - 1 Hour - $50
• 2 Wrestlers - 1 Hour - $30/each
• 3 Wrestlers - 1 Hour - $25/each
• 4 Wrestlers - 1 Hour - $20/each

Also available: Three-hour team/group clinic for $300
